This poem takes me back to when I lived in places that had snowy winters. It described the beauty and the hardship of those winters

Dear Karen Sue, how thrilling to get a coment from the States! Thank you very much. This year snow is very rare in Northern Germany. I wrote the poem some years ago when we were drowned in snow but didn't finish it. Now I discovered it and found the words for the missing part.
