endless maze
Sitting in the dark,
searching for a light,
praying for new hope to come.
I just want to continue my life,
but I don´t know which way is right.
There are too many ways.
It’s like I’m lost in an endless maze,
without any return or goal.
Seeing someone who’s quite far away,
but that shows me I’m not alone.
He’s humming to himself,
a melody I already heard somewhere.
He’s going his own way.
Should I go mine, too ?
I’m not sure.
But I’ve no other choice!
Every beginning is a new challenge.
And I must chance to live.
So, I’ll try it.
Even if I fall, I stand up and keep on trying,
to find my own way!
Even if it takes a lot of time,
to go step by step,
I’m sure a miracle will happen!
I’ll be free again.
Free from this endless maze,
from these fears and tears.
Then I’ll go on with my life,
because I found my way!
