It is extremely unlikely that a suspected emergency landing would have affected exactly this intersection - almost like "6 numbers in the lottery"!!!

And the pilot was probably a perfectionist who wanted to focus entirely on security and concealment - extremely consistently and sustainably. This is the only way to interpret all of his previously known actions in and with the plane.
